JMill has produced, directed, and choreographed over 30 shows including plays, musicals, dance shows, and variety shows. While she has directed and produced for many different theatres, her expertise and passion lies with working with youth and giving children their first experience in theatre. Like no other children's theatre, rehearsals are set up like a class and all of her programs are completely student run when the performances begin. From the actors, to the stage managers, to the lighting and sound engineers, the show truly becomes the "Student's Show".
