Physical Comedy / Clowning

Learn the skill of perfect comedic timing, clowning, and basically just laughing your head off!  Ryan will take you on a journey into the world of being funny.  After all, he is deemd "the funniest man in tap shoes".  No tap shoes necessary.  Just an open mind!

Acting 101

Work with the faculty on basic acting skills - projection, diction, stance, confidence, basic scene study, and monologue coaching.  This class will become the expertise area of the mystery faculty member!

Actor's Mindset

How do you stay positive in a career where you audition for every job?  How do you keep your head in the game when you've had a gap between jobs?  A focus on keeping your chin up taught by the lovely Ms. Courtney Rioux!

Voice-Over

Also taught by Courtney, learn how to use current technology in order to start a voice-over career!  Learn how to use your voice effectively, keep clear diction and still sound interesting,  and basically have the time of your life!

On-Camera Acting

Ever wanted to be in a commercial?  How about on television or the movies?  This is YOUR class.  Get in front of the camera and work with the talented Danny Wooten on just this!  This class will also give you the opportunity to see yourself on screen.  Very exciting!

Voice

Many of us have studied voice in choir.  But how do we apply that to the work field?  What's the difference between a musical theatre voice or a rock -n- roll or pop voice?  This is the place to find out.  With over 20 years of teaching experience, you won't want to miss this high energy class!

Musical Theatre

It's time to tell a story through music and lyrics.  Learn about the history of this artform and the evolution of Broadway to present time.  Learn modern techniques in the company of other theatre geeks!

Improv

Don't shy away from one of the most important fundamentals of acting!  Have the time of your life learning how to say "YES" in every scenario and how to get laughs from your crowd in a positive, safe, and caring environment.  You will never forget Marten's positive energy!

Dance for Musical Theatre

Now, now....you won't escape this workshop without shaking your groove thing a little!  No better teacher than Ryan K...he will show you how to move, even if you think you don't know how to move.  He may show you how to juggle at the same time....stranger things have happened....

Master Tap Classes

Ryan Kasprzak and Danny Wooten will both be teaching 2 master tap classes.  These classes are free with the JWOB tuition if you are an intermediate or advanced tap dancer!  $20 for each class open to the public!  You do NOT want to miss!  You can register by emailing jmillproductions@gmail.com and put the subject matter as Master Tap Classes.
